ל״ו No. 36 Recruitment / Open Clearance / Required
36 ל״ו

The world rests on thirty-six people. None of them know it's them.

A covert, six-week leadership program for high schoolers. One of them could be reading this.

01 / What it is

A game that cannot be played from your bedroom.

36 is a covert leadership game for high schoolers. Once a week it hands you one real mission and finds out who you become. No lectures, no worksheets, no audience.

It is not a club, not a course, not a summer program. It is six weeks of real operations in the real world, and one honest question waiting at the end of them.

02 / How it works

Four steps, then it has you.

01
Crack the way in
Nobody signs up for 36. You find the Cipher, and you crack it. That earns provisional clearance and a callsign. From then on, that callsign is the only name 36 knows you by.
02
Take the weekly drop
Once a week an encoded transmission reaches you. You decode it to read your orders. That is a drop, and the clock inside it starts the moment you open it.
03
Run the operation
Every drop is a real operation. A clock that bites, a constraint that kills the easy path, a problem you have to define yourself, and a genuine way to fail.
04
Climb, and end as a cell
Clear your drops and your clearance rises: Provisional, Field, Network, Cleared. The season ends with a cell, three or four operatives who did not choose each other, running one operation together.
03 / The drops

Operations, not quizzes.

We will not tell you here what the drops are. That is the point of a covert program. What we will tell a parent or a school is this: every mission is legal, safe, and pro-social, and every one is built so that money, a car, or the right family connections give no advantage at all.

They are real, they are demanding, and a bored teenager cannot pass them. Some are solo. The hardest are not.

04 / What it builds

It does not grade you. It reads you.

Across the season, 36 builds a Field Profile from what you actually do, not from anything you say about yourself. Five things, measured one operation at a time:

InitiativeJudgmentInfluenceNerveIntegrity

It is who 36 thinks you are after the work. Not before it.

05 / Prizes

$50,000 a year.

36 puts real money on the table, the kind that moves what happens next, not gift cards or points. Fifty thousand dollars goes out across a year, and every dollar is earned the way everything in 36 is earned: by what you actually did.

🎓 The ExtractionFor the operative who closes the year with the strongest Field Profile. A scholarship-grade door toward whatever you do next.Top operative of the year $25,000
🤝 The CellSplit by the cell that wins a season's final operation. Three or four operatives, one prize, no most-valuable-anyone.The winning cell, each season $15,000
🎖️ Field CommendationsAwarded through the year to operatives whose single drop stood clear above every other.A standout operation $10,000

And the fifty thousand is not even the part that lasts. The Field Profile you walk away with is a credential no transcript can fake.

06 / The name

Why it is called 36.

36 is ל״ו, the number written in Hebrew letters. Tradition holds that the world rests on thirty-six hidden righteous people who never know that it is them.

36 is not a hunt for them. No one can be crowned, and the program never pretends otherwise. It is training in the practice underneath the idea: leadership done quietly, problems solved because they are yours to solve, good done with no credit attached.

Six weeks. Five operations. One question: what do you do when no one asked you to?

The way in is a locked door. The key is already in your hands.
